Alexander is the Managing Director at TGS and Vita, bringing over a decade of expertise in policy development, strategy, and leading complex research initiatives. With a strong background in navigating the intersection of politics and social research, he excels at distilling complex issues into actionable insights, answering the critical "so what" questions that drive impact. Alexander is skilled in fostering strategic partnerships and enabling teams and organisations to achieve their goals and effect meaningful change. He holds an MA from King’s College London, specialising in the intersection of politics and law.

Clare Wyllie

Clare Wyllie

Clare is a researcher, specialising in ethnographic and participatory action research. She has also worked in strategy and policy, intervention design and evaluation and communications. She uses this experience to make sure research is useful for action and to help an organisation develop solutions. She has worked in the public and charity sector in South Africa and the UK. This includes Agenda for Gender Equality, Institute for Democracy in South Africa, the Commission on Gender Equality, Human Rights Commission and Government Communication and Information System, within the South African Presidency. In the UK she was Head of Policy and Research at Samaritans, before moving to strategy development for the Care Quality Commission, the regulator for health and social care. She was Director of Research and Evaluation at GambleAware. She has a BA in Psychology, Masters in Genders Studies and Masters in Research Methods, from the LSE.

Elizabeth Killick

Elizabeth Killick

Dr. Elizabeth Killick is a Senior Qualitative Researcher with a strong background in mixed-methods research. She is dedicated to advancing public health issues through rigorous research and a commitment to ensuring the accurate representation of individuals with lived experience. Her work spans healthcare, policy, and public discourse, where she actively collaborates with stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
Elizabeth earned her PhD in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, where she investigated the effects of online sports betting and gambling advertising. She also holds an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Leeds. Her expertise in these areas underpins her role in tackling complex public health challenges and contributing valuable insights to the field.

Michelle Potiaumpai

Michelle Potiaumpai

Michelle is a researcher specialising in exploring lived experiences through interdisciplinary qualitative research. Her work is driven by a commitment to contribute to positive societal change. She has previously collaborated with people living with endometriosis, researching how stigma and discrimination affect their medical care and shape their well-being. This experience informs her current research on gambling harm and stigma. Michelle recognises the importance of working with lived experience advocates, whose perspectives are key to creating impactful change. She holds an MA in Medical Anthropology from SOAS University of London and an MA in Bioethics & Society from King’s College London.
